Travel Stepdown | Neuro/Surgical Telemetry RN – Days | JOB ID : 800586

• 3×12-hour shifts, 6:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m.
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience required
• First-time travelers and local candidates accepted
• Travel experience preferred
• Active Tennessee or compact RN license required at submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Recent Epic experience required and must be documented on profile
• Must pass Epic competency exam; one attempt allowed
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4–5
• Float to other MS/Tele units or low-acuity ICU patients as needed
• 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Holiday availability required
• No block scheduling or special schedule requests
• All requested time off must be disclosed at submission
• COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions considered
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
