Join a fast-paced Neuro/Surgical Telemetry Unit providing care for neurological and post-surgical patients while working with a supportive clinical team.
✨ Position Highlights

Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

✅ Requirements
Active Tennessee or Compact RN License
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (AHA) required
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
Recent EPIC experience (within the last 12 months) – must be clearly documented
Travel experience preferred but not required
Unit Details
Neuro/Surgical Telemetry patient population
Float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, or low-acuity ICU as needed
No call required
Weekend rotation: 3 weekends per 4-week schedule
Must be available to work Memorial Day if scheduled
