Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. We welcome both experienced nurses and first-time travelers!

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands.

**Requirements:**

• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• First-time travelers are welcome.
• Ability to work weekends (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule).
• Patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:4.

**Dress Code:**

• Licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) must wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire (scrub tops may have colored piping).
