Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro Telemetry – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 91-day assignment. Six weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule. Patient ratios 1:4 during nights, 1:5 on weekends.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Compact license required at time of submission)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry or Neuro Stepdown experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience with 1:4 patient ratios and telemetry/remote monitoring
  • Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, and non-invasive airway management
  • Experience with neurosurgical patients, stroke care, seizure disorders, craniotomy, and spinal cord injury preferred
  • Level II Trauma Center and community hospital experience preferred
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
