Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to patients on a 32-bed Neuro Telemetry unit with a 1:4 ratio.
• Interpret EKGs and monitor patients with central telemetry.
• Participate in SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and dressing changes.
• Maintain sterile fields during procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in bedside report and high turnover environment on the unit.
• Float to MedSurg/Tele floors as needed; possibly Westgate or AZ General Laveen.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with experience in Level 1 Trauma facilities.
• Must pass dysrhythmia and exam on day one of orientation.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias; lab required prior to assignment.
• Previous telemetry unit experience preferred, neuro experience a plus.
• Compliance with appearance and vehicle requirements for travel teams.
