Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Neuro-Progressive Care unit requiring 2 years of recent specialty experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

• Work in the Neuro Progressive Care unit of a hospital setting

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• 2 years of recent experience in Neuro Progressive Care or related specialty required
• BLS certification from AHA or RQI required
• Epic EMR experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide progressive care nursing services to neurological patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, excluding candidates residing in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington counties
• Flu vaccination required; only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted (no personal or religious exemptions)
• No blocked scheduling available
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks of the last call-out
• RTO must be requested at time of consideration
