LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Minot, North Dakota.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments of newborns, including monitoring vital signs, respiratory status, feeding tolerance, and overall clinical stability. Administer medications, manage IV access, support respiratory therapies, and implement specialized neonatal interventions as ordered. Utilize neonatal monitoring equipment and respond promptly to alarms, changes in condition, or emergent situations. Provide family-centered support by educating parents on infant care, developmental needs, and involvement in daily routines. Document assessments, treatments, and communication accurately in the electronic health record to maintain continuity of care and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapy, and other interdisciplinary partners to develop, evaluate, and adjust individualized care plans.

Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure. BLS certification required NRP certification required
