Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialty position located in Philadelphia. This role involves providing specialized care for critically ill newborns in a hospital setting. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional to work daytime shifts, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid neonatal intensive care nursing certification, nursing degree from an accredited institution, current license to practice in Pennsylvania, and at least 1 year of neonatal ICU experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal heart monitoring (EFM), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, and familiarity with neonatal care protocols
  • Additional Information: The position involves delivering direct patient care, adhering to hospital policies and standard operating procedures, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal neonatal health outcomes.
