Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in McKinney, Texas. This role involves providing specialized care in a Level III NICU setting, with a focus on supporting premature and critically ill newborns. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex neonatal cases and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts (12 hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 09/07/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas RN license; at least 2 years of hospital or specialty experience; Level III NICU experience; BLS certification; NRP certification; ability to attend deliveries including C-sections.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system; strong team collaboration skills.
• Additional Information: Unit specifics include 7 beds with patient ratios of 2:3. Equipment used includes BCPAP and HFN. Documentation is managed via Meditech and CPNS systems. Self-scheduling is available. Floating may be required as needed.
• Certifications: Active Texas RN license, BLS, and NRP are mandatory.
• Dress Code & Policies: RN scrubs in royal blue or white; adherence to nail, hair, tattoo, and piercing policies as outlined; body art should be covered when possible. Attendance policies are in effect.
