The position involves providing advanced neonatal care in a Level IV NICU environment, with responsibilities including clinical procedures, patient assessment, and family support. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple units within the facility.
Job Details
Position Description: WNTR BLOCK 1ST TIMERS - LEVEL III NICU RN Req 10933. The RN will position float between units, working nights with self-scheduling for six weekend shifts over a six-week period.
Required Qualifications: Active BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), at least 2 years of NICU experience, including Level III experience preferred, valid compact state license, and familiarity with Epic charting system.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with a variety of neonatal clinical procedures such as blood and blood product administration, arterial line management, and ventilator management. Responsibilities include patient assessment, family teaching, and implementation of advanced neonatal interventions.
