Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized nursing care for neonates in a Level III or IV NICU setting.
  • Administer CPAP/BiPap, high-frequency vents, oscillators, and manage ventilators efficiently.
  • Float when necessary to Issaquah, Edmonds SCN, or Pediatrics; primarily assigned to NICU.
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal surgeries as needed.
  • Administer blood products and handle therapeutic equipment such as cooling blankets.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active compact license valid in all Swedish facilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Level III or IV NICU.
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications.
  • Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred.
  • Capability in administration of blood products, and managing feeding and ventilator systems.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with interdisciplinary teams and flexible with floating as needed.
