Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Level IV NICU experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care environment with strong attention to detail
• Preferred: PICU experience for floating and post-surgical care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature infants in a Level IV NICU
• Monitor and support neonates requiring advanced respiratory and cardiac care
• Assist with procedures such as intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, and gastric tube placement
• Support therapeutic hypothermia, sepsis screening, lab draws, ROP exams, and complex medication management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary neonatal care team during rounds and daily patient care planning
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional composure in a fast-moving clinical setting
