Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Level III NICU position in Denver, CO, requiring at least 1 year of NICU experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

Details

  • Level III NICU at an acute care hospital in Denver, CO
  • Day shift, 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week, 3 days per week)
  • Neonatal patient population in an intensive care setting
  • Charting via Epic EMR
  • Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
  • On-call may be required during a regularly scheduled shift

Requirements

  • Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted
  • Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required
  • Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and NRP — must not expire prior to assignment start
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care including health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic interventions
  • Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans and refers patients for further evaluation as needed
  • Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
  • Two references are required for consideration
