Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in Mesa, Arizona. Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 08/31/2026
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS certification is required; experience in a neonatal intensive care or pediatric setting preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; professional certification in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, planning, and documentation of neonatal patient care, including communicating with families and multidisciplinary team members. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, and participation in quality improvement activities. The role involves physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and utilizing standard precautions.
