**Exciting Opportunity for NICU RRT - 13 Weeks!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Location:** Basement RT department - **Facility Department Number:** 75479 - **Discipline:** Respiratory Therapy - **Quantity:** 1 - **Target Start Date:** ASAP - **Shift:** Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) - **Call Requirements:** None - **Weekends:** Rotating (4 weekend shifts per month) - **General Information:** - **Number of Staff:** 50 - **Staffing Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 Supervisor, 7-9 Staff - Night Shift: 1 Supervisor, 7-9 Staff - **Patient Ratios:** Assignments based on volume; approximately 35-40 patients per shift - **Equipment:** GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, Airvo HFNC - **EMR System:** Meditech - **Permanent Positions Available:** Yes - **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Adult respiratory experience in an acute care setting - **Preferred:** - Adult critical care experience in ICU or ED - **Typical Procedures:** - Standard RT procedures including: - Nebulizers, CPT, arterial blood gases - Ventilator management and inhaled nitric oxide - Bronchoscopy assistance and intubation assistance - Transporting with mechanical ventilation within the hospital (e.g., to CT/MRI) - **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player able to collaborate effectively with RT department and other hospital disciplines - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Olive green tops, black pants **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
