Job Title

Seasonal Contract RN – Level 3/4 NICU (13-Week Assignment, Days)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Level 3/4 NICU environment with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech electronic medical record systems
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting primarily of RNs and unit clerks across day and night shifts on a 97-bed unit
Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Current BLS certification
Ability to comply with unit dress code: navy scrubs, no nail polish or artificial nails

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience (non-first-time travelers preferred)
Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate bedside manner well-suited to a collaborative NICU team environment
