Description

American Traveler is hiring a Level III/IV NICU RN for a 13-week seasonal contract requiring 1 year of recent NICU experience and current NRP certification.

Details

• Work in the Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a hospital setting
• 13-week seasonal contract assignment
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, Advanced 9th Edition, from the American Academy of Pediatrics
• Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU experience
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level III/IV NICU setting
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
