**Exciting Opportunity for RN NICU in Dallas!** - **Location:** Dallas, Texas - **Unit:** NICU - **Address:** 7777 Forest Lane, North Tower, 4th Floor, Dallas, Texas 75230 - **Number of Beds:** 108 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 – 1:4 **Unit Specifics:** - Staffed with RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs - Equipped with Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, Vents, Oscillators, IV pumps, NIRS, Warmers, Isolletes - Documentation System: CPN, Meditech - Scheduling Requirements: 3-12 hour shifts/week, rotating weekends, and holidays - Floating Policy: Contract staff float before staff to areas including PICU, Pediatrics, CICU. Care for patients <2 years **Patient Experience Requirements:** - Minimum 1 year level III NICU experience - **Certifications Required:** BLS, NRP **Requested Skill Set:** - Experience with surgical and cardiac patients - Care for preemies (≥28 weeks) - Management of central lines, respiratory management up to and including intubated patients **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Central line insertions, circumcisions, exploratory laps, gastroschisis reductions, PDA ligations **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Royal blue scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
