**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team as a Seasonal RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Seasonal RN - Level 3-4 NICU - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - **No On-Call Required** **Unit Highlights:** - **Location:** North Austin Medical Center, 2nd Floor - **Total Beds:** 97 - **Staff Count:** 200 - **Day Shift Composition:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 3 RNs - 2 CNAs - 1-3 Sitters - 1 Clerk - **Night Shift Composition:** Primarily RNs and 1 Clerk - **Patient Ratios:** 3-4 patients per RN - **Equipment:** Medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors - **EMR Systems:** CPN, Meditech **Qualifications:** - **Must-Have:** - Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience - **Preferred:** - Experienced travelers **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Comprehensive neonatal care within a supportive team environment **Ideal Candidate:** - Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate attitude - Strong desire to make a positive impact on patients and families **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs (no nail polish or artificial nails) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
