Description

American Traveler is hiring a Level III NICU RN for a 13-week contract requiring 1 year of recent NICU experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a Level III Neonatal ICU (NICU) unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Scheduled shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (TX or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card from the American Academy of Pediatrics, Advanced 9th Edition, required
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required (two references required for Florida and Missouri placements)

Additional Information

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients within a Level III NICU
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
