**Exciting Opportunity for an NICU RN!** **Job Description:** - Join a vibrant team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic NICU environment! - Work in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU, providing exceptional care to our tiniest patients. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 120 dedicated staff members, including RNs, RTs, and techs. - Enjoy a supportive work atmosphere with opportunities for professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients. - Maintain patient safety and comfort, uphold meticulous detail and organization. - Assist in various procedures and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans. **Staffing and Schedule:** - Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with a patient ratio of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4. - Participate in every other weekend rotation for work-life balance. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of Level III or higher NICU experience. - Required certifications: NRP. - Preferred certifications: STABLE and NIC-RNC. **Location Highlights:** - Experience the beauty and culture of Asheville, North Carolina. - Thrive in a city renowned for its arts community and stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: navy blue. **Floating Areas:** - Opportunities to float in Peds, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!Catalytic Solutions Job ID #18878482.
