**Join Our Team as a NICU RN - Exciting Opportunity Awaits!** **Job Description:** - Location: Asheville, North Carolina - Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - Type: Travel RN – NICU - Unit: NICU with 51 beds, surrounded by a supportive team of 120 staff members **About the NICU:** - Work in a state-of-the-art facility renowned for its pediatric services. - Join 18 RNs, a charge RN, and respiratory therapists during night shifts. - Experience flexible patient ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4, ensuring personalized care. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Must have at least 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience. - Required certifications: - NRP - STABLE and NIC-RNC preferred **Unit Equipment & Technology:** - EMR System: Cerner **Best Fit Personality:** - Detail-oriented and organized individuals thrive in this dynamic environment. **Floating Opportunities:** - Potential to float to Peds, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only). **Dress Code:** - Scrub Attire: Navy blue **Weekend and On-call Requirements:** - Expect to work every other weekend. --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
