7A - 7P, 3-12 hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our neonatal patients. The nurse will be responsible for managing critical conditions and administering pediatric care with a strong focus on both preemies and other high-risk patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the health and progress of neonatal patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line insertions and respiratory management.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans.
• Provide family support and education regarding care strategies and patient health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Level III NICU experience.
• Experience with surgical and cardiac patients.
• Management of central lines and respiratory care, including intubation.
• Current certifications in NRP and BLS.
• Experience with preemies (at least 28 weeks and above) and care for trach infants.
