Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a NICU RN to take an assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.


This assignment lasts 20.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 31, 2026.

### Required or Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications - **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience required in a level 3 or 4 ICN (do not send if less than this). - **Traveler Experience:** - Unit will accept first-time travelers. - **Skills Required:** - Vents experience. - Administration of blood & blood products, antibiotics/antivirals. - Neonatal skills including Bubble CPAP, Central line blood draw. - General skills such as Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, feedings (bottle, breast, gavage). - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), isolation precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors. - Knowledge of different age category needs: Neonates 34 weeks, Neonates 29-34 weeks, NICU III, NICU IV*. - Advanced procedures such as Nitric Oxide (INo), sepsis work up, therapeutic hypothermia (cooling blanket), tracheostomy care/management. - Technical capabilities such as UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter), UVC (Umbilical Vein Catheter), ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP). - **Certifications Required:** - BLS, NRP. - **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. - **Charting System Experience:** - Epic experience preferred. ### Additional Job Details - **Patient Diagnoses:** - Premature (as low as 22 weeks), all types of surgical infants, hypoxic injury. - **Special Procedures/Unit Details:** - Therapeutic hypothermia, Nitric Oxide, UAC/UVC, PCL's, Broviac, Trachs, GTT, Ostomys. - **Special Equipment:** - Tecotherm, BCPAP, Ram NC, Alaris IV pumps, Med Fusion for feedings, Servo vents, HFOV, Baby Leo, Giraffe.
