Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a 12-week travel assignment requiring NRP, STABLE, and prior NICU experience.

Details

• 60-bed Neonatal ICU within a Women's & Children's hospital building
• Patient ratios of 2-3:1
• No tech support available in the unit
• Uses Philips monitors for patient care
• Documentation via Meditech and Centricity Perinatal systems
• 3 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) with rotating weekends and holiday requirements
• Floating required to comparable areas of high need

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
• Previous NICU experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates)

Additional Information

• Must adhere to dress code of navy or ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs with no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No local candidates will be accepted
