• Schedule: 3 night shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Hours per Week: 36

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,850–$1,950
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Additional Notes: Block scheduling may be available, and intermittent weekend coverage is required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of NICU nursing experience
• Recent experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU
• BLS and NRP certification required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Ability to care for neonates as young as 23–24 weeks gestation
• Comfortable floating to nearby campuses as needed
• Strong neonatal critical care skills, including ventilator support and advanced NICU procedures
• Must provide 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of recent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to neonates and infants in a Level III/IV NICU
• Monitor and manage patients requiring CPAP/BiPAP, high-frequency ventilation, oscillators, and standard ventilators
• Administer blood and blood products, manage feeding tubes, and support PICC and central line care
• Assist with therapeutic cooling and warming measures, syringe pumps, and cardioversion/defibrillation as needed
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgeries
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Adapt to float assignments and changing unit needs while maintaining excellent patient care
• Support a strong culture of teamwork in a busy, high-acuity neonatal intensive care environment
