**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN NICU - **Location:** McKinney, TX - **Unit:** NICU (675) - **Shift:** 7PM - 7AM - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 7 - **Patient Ratios:** 2:3 - **Type of Equipment:** BCPAP, HFNC - **Documentation System:** Meditech, CPN - **Scheduling Requirements:** Self Scheduling - **Floating Policy:** As needed **Role Requirements:** **Must Have:** - 2+ Years of Hospital/Specialty Experience - Level III NICU Experience - Current BLS Certification - Current NRP Certification - Ability to attend deliveries (including C-Sections) **Preferred Skills:** - Team player - Experience with Meditech preferred **Certifications Required:** - Active TX RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted) **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Royal blue and/or white scrubs - **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, etc. - **Hair:** Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors. Beards and mustaches must be well-groomed.
