Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Edmonds, WA 98026

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Greater Seattle metropolitan area, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Flexible scheduling model: schedule 5 days (Wednesday-Sunday OR Thursday-Monday) and work 3. Two-shift guarantee per week. 13-week contract with extension opportunities available.

Highlights:

• NICU position with focus on newborns and infants; may float to Pediatrics and PICU as needed
• Float pool opportunity across multiple campuses in the Seattle area including Ballard, Cherry Hill, Edmonds, First Hill, Issaquah, Mill Creek, and Redmond
• Virtual orientation modules (approximately 21 hours) followed by two in-unit orientation shifts
• Competitive incentive rate structure with earning power contract model
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios required
• Extensions available for clinicians who consistently meet scheduling requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• Active Washington State RN license
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience managing patient ratios of 1:2
• Two professional references covering 1 year of employment in specialty within the last 3 years; one reference must be from a supervisor (charge RNs accepted)
• Willingness to float across all seven campuses as needed
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered with facility approval)
