Job Requirements

• Experience in a Level II-III NICU required
• Level III-IV NICU experience is a plus
• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to work nights and provide compassionate, family-centered neonatal care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients across varying acuity levels
• Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced NICU environment
• Deliver respiratory support and assist with advanced neonatal interventions
• Care for infants requiring surgery support, excluding head and heart cases
• Manage central lines, conventional ventilators, HFOV, CPAP, and NIPPV as clinically appropriate
• Support care for micro-preemie patients and perform ostomy care when needed
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in clinical systems while following unit protocols and best practices
