- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital and NICU specialty experience
- License: Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted
- Unit Size: 7 beds
- Patient Ratio: 2:3
- Charting: Meditech and CPN
- Scheduling: Self-scheduling
- Float Requirement: As needed
Required Skills and Certifications
- Level III NICU experience
- Ability to attend all deliveries, including C-sections
- BLS
- NRP
- Active Texas RN license
Preferred
- Meditech experience
