Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU position requiring NRP certification and Level III/IV NICU experience.

Details

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a hospital
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week (7p-7a)
• 36 hours per week
• Float as needed, including to a nearby sister hospital
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required
• RNC-NIC certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• Deliver competent, direct patient care in support of the unit's care delivery model
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of nursing care and patient progress
