Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed and in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Float to Pediatric Medical/Surgical and PICU units as required within clinical competence.
• Ensure high standards of nursing documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN licensure and certifications in BLS and NRP essential.
• PALS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 3 NICU environment required.
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred.
• Ability to care for patients from birth through 18 years and float between relevant units.
