**Join Our Team as a NICU Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - **Specialty:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - **Unit:** Neonatal Intensive Care, 6070000 - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Experience Required:** - 2 years of NICU RN experience - NICU III certification required - **Licensure & Certifications:** - Active California RN License - Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS - **Traveler Status:** - First-time travelers accepted with 3 years of NICU experience - **Scheduling Requirements:** - Weekend requirement: YES, every other weekend - Floating requirement: YES, may include Peds, PICU, Newborn Nursery (Postpartum, infants only) - On-call requirement: NO - No scheduling requests or time-off (RTO) within the first 2 weeks - Holiday coverage is mandatory - **Flu Vaccination:** Required, NO DECLINATIONS - **Time-Off Policy:** - No Christmas RTO - Thanksgiving RTO may be considered; requires director approval **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
