NICU RN – SC
• Shift: 4x12s, 7PM–7:30AM (No Call) OR 3x12s (1×12hr call every 2 weeks)
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Experience: 2+ yrs NICU; NICU II & III required; no first-time travelers
• EMR: EPIC (1+ yr required) | Pyxis/Omnicell
• Certs: BLS, NRP, STABLE | SC RN License
• Patient population: 22+ weeks; HIE, RDS/RFS, sepsis, hypoglycemia, withdrawal, TEF, abdominal wall defects, duodenal atresia, diaphragmatic hernia, urethral stenosis, myelomeningocele & ROP
• Skills: Full-body cooling, chest tubes, anomaly repairs (except cardiac), trach management, Avastin & laser eye surgery
• Equipment: Arctic Sun, Blanketrol, Jet/HFOV/Draeger vents, HFNC, Bubble CPAP, Alaris, Philips Central, B. Braun/Infinity pumps, Atom/GE incubators, Draeger Caleo, radiant warmers, external shunts & ostomies
• Float: Other NICU units/facilities as needed
