LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Modesto, California.

Schedule

  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Hours: 3×12 Hours (36 Hours/Week)
  • Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
  • Block Scheduling: Not Available
  • Weekend Rotation: Required

Requirements

  • Active California RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • NRP Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of NICU experience (5 years preferred)
  • Previous travel experience required
  • Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred

Preferred Experience

  • NICU Level III
  • High-Risk Deliveries
  • Care of Neonates (<24–28 weeks, 29–34 weeks, and >34 weeks)
  • 1:2 patient ratio experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates.
  • Attend and assist with high-risk deliveries.
  • Assess, monitor, and care for neonatal patients requiring intensive care.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide family-centered education and support.
