LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Modesto, California.

- Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Block Scheduling: Not Available
- Weekend Rotation: Required
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- BLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- Minimum 3 years of NICU experience (5 years preferred)
- Previous travel experience required
- Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- NICU Level III
- High-Risk Deliveries
- Care of Neonates (<24–28 weeks, 29–34 weeks, and >34 weeks)
- 1:2 patient ratio experience
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates.
- Attend and assist with high-risk deliveries.
- Assess, monitor, and care for neonatal patients requiring intensive care.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide family-centered education and support.
