AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech in Alma, Georgia, 31510!

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.


Minimum Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology.
  • State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine.
  • BLS certification.
  • 2 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
  • Experience working independently as the sole technologist on shift, including management of imaging workflow and patient scheduling. (Client-specific requirement.)
  • Experience with routine nuclear medicine procedures and operation of gamma cameras and PET/SPECT imaging equipment.
  • Familiarity with radioactive drug preparation and administration, radiation safety, and dose calibration procedures.
  • Experience in a hospital environment preferred.
