Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech - $2,146 per week in Orangeburg, SC

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:30 - 15:00) Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: State License in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography required. Certifications: BLS, NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certified required. Must-Have: Experience with bone scans (whole body and 3-phase), HIDA scans, GI Bleed, lymphoscintigraphy, parathyroid imaging, thyroid uptake, renal scans with Lasix, lung scans, MUGA scans, WBC infection imaging, and MPI stress tests required. Clienttion badge must be provided by the agency. Description: The role involves rotating between nuclear medicine departments. Hours will vary between different campuses. Weekend and holiday call responsibilities are required. Candidates must float between service lines as necessary. Experience in general nuclear medicine and cardiology is essential. All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. Work will be conducted in a Level II trauma, acute care environment. Scrubs will be teal tops and black bottoms. Candidates should have the ability to complete all pre-start compliance requirements on time for the proposed start date.
