Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a day shift position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
The position focuses on PET CT and nuclear medicine technology; nuclear cardiology exams are not performed in this department.
Candidates must hold ARRT or NMTCB certification.
Ability to handle various procedures, including three-phase studies, HIDA scans, and PET scans is required.
Experience in starting and maintaining IVs, drawing venous blood, and storing/handling radioactive materials is necessary.
Interdisciplinary support will be available from other departments as needed.
The technologist will be expected to float to like units within their scope based on facility needs.
Applicants should be prepared to provide care for patients of various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
