Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech - $2,566 per week in Denton, TX

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Nuclear Med Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: CNMT and/or ARRT (NM) Certifications: BLS, TMB Must-Have: - Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - CNMT and/or ARRT (NM) - BLS - TMB Description: Travel opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM. The unit has 228 beds, including a 47 bed emergency room. Staffing includes 1 Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist and 1 Staff Technologist during the day shift. Night shift staff is on call after 4 PM. The type of equipment used includes GE Discovery NM 630 and GE Case Machine. The EMR systems in place are Meditech and Merge. Typical procedures performed include MPI Stress Tests, Bone Scans, HIDA scans, Brain Death evaluations, Renal imaging, and Parathyroid examinations. Candidates with hospital experience are preferred. Ideal candidates will possess excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently is essential. Reliability and troubleshooting skills are important in this role. Weekends and holiday on-call may be required. Applicants must be open to those commitments.
