CREDENTIALING REQ: docs due a week prior to start date., Req: 2 Ref in Spec within the last 2 years-- 2 Prof. Refs, 1 from mgt level- EMPV can be 2nd source. EMPV alone does not satisfy this requirement. Completed prior to start covering 1 year within the last 2 years, smoke free hospital, and Flu Shot is a must!
REQUIREMENTS:
--CLN must live 50 miles away from hospital
---Va licensed and NMTCB and/or ARRT(N) and BLS required
---Performs and analyze all diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine Procedures. Performs quality control and quality assurance standards as prescribed by all state, federal, and local agencies. Provide the best patient care and practice radiation safety standards at all times.
---EQUIPMENT USED: GE 640, GE 850, GE Hawkeye, Atom Lab 960 Uptake Probe and Well
# of WEEKS: 13
SHIFT/HOURS: Day shift, 8 hours, variable start times 06:00, 07:00, 07:30, 08:00.
ON-CALL/HRS: rotating with 5 other staff Monday -Friday 16:30-05:30, Sat 24 hours and Sunday 24 hour
BILL/PAYS but not first week
NOTICE: 30 days
BILLING CYCLE: weekly (sun-sat)
