Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Nuclear Medicine Tech Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2+ years License: Required Certifications: CNMT Must-Have Skills/Experience: IV placement Cardiac Imaging (heavy) Description: Rapid response assignment. Candidate must be able to start 7-10 days from offer acceptance. The facility is licensed as an acute care hospital with 75 beds. It offers a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, intensive care, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services. The mission is to make communities healthier and strive to provide the best care, close to home. Located near the Horse Capital of the World, the area offers a variety of attractions. Visitors will find unique boutique and antique options, art galleries, and stained-glass shops. There are options for both horse lovers and food enthusiasts. Common attractions include horse parks and retired thoroughbred farms. The unit operates with GE equipment and utilizes MedHost/NovaRad PACS system. The patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Teamwork is emphasized as an important aspect of the work environment. The dress code requires black scrubs. Unacceptable attire includes croc shoes. This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
