Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer an exciting travel opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Burlington, MA. This contract consists of five 8-hour day shifts per week, totaling 40 hours paying $2,900 per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
  • Prepare and administer radioactive drugs for diagnostic imaging and therapeutic purposes
  • Operate gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine equipment to capture images
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with physicians and technologists to interpret imaging requirements
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment

Requirements of the Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
  • Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or ARRT(N)
  • Valid Massachusetts state licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
