AlliedTravelCareers is working with Aequor to find a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech in Washington, Washington DC, 20016!
Performs in vivo nuclear medicine procedures using tagged radionuclides. Doses patients with radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals as prescribed by the physicians orders, and under the supervision a Radiologist. Completes quality control and quality assurance procedures as required by the hospital and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license. Ensures complete and accurate data entry in the Hospital Information System and Picture Archival and Communication System.
Experience with performing PET/CT scan
Board Certified CNMT or ARRT(N)
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or CNMT certified through NMTCB
AA or BS degree in nuclear medicine from an accredited college or university preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
