REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years; Nuclear cardiology experience required
Pulmonary: Lung Scan: Perfusion; Ventilation/Perfusion
Myocardial: Exercise/Rest-Multiple; Exercise/Rest-Single; Pharmacological Stress
Bone/Renal: Bone Scan: 3 Phase; Limited; Whole Body; Renal Flow: Captopril
GI/Thyroid/Liver: Gastric Emptying; I-123 Uptake Scan; Uptake Scan; Liver Imaging
Additional: SPECT (Bone, Thyroid, Cardiac Imaging)

RTO, Block & Scheduling Requests: Priority given to submits with a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests will be approved after offer.
Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
Locals Accepted: Yes, Locals accepted at the same rate.

Daily Volume: Approximately 6 8 cases per Tech, per day.

The RWJUH Imaging Center at Plum Street in New Brunswick is a 25,000-square-foot outpatient imaging center connected to the hospital by a pedestrian bridge. The center offers nuclear medicine, CT, MRI, digital mammography, DEXA, breast MRI and biopsies, ultrasound, and X-ray services. It is a partnership between RWJUH and University Radiology Group and is part of RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey s largest integrated healthcare system.

Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit.

Modules are non-billable, 4 hours of EPIC training and up to 18 hours of additional hours

Modules are completed pre-start, and annually
