Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech - $3,147 per week in Minot, ND

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Nuclear Medicine Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Recent travel experience required. Working knowledge of Nuclear Medicine procedures. Graduate of Nuclear Medicine School or ARRT Registered Technologist. Ability to start IVs for contrast administration. Proper charging of procedures by hospital information system. License: ARRT or NMTCB registered or registry pending Certifications: NDMIRTBE licensed or temporary license Must-Have: - Recent travel experience - Cerner experience strongly preferred - Ability to perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine imaging studies, including stress tests, HIDA, bone scans, and PET/CT Description: Schedule consists of 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts. Performs Nuclear Medicine studies, prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies under the direction of the Radiologist. Performs quality control and calibration testing on cameras and radiation measuring equipment according to hospital policies and procedures. Follows radiation safety techniques and policies in the receipt, use, and disposal of radioactive material.
