Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist- Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans, DAT scans, and SPECT CT
- Handle patient care for Cardiac, GI, Pulmonary, and Oncology patients
- Operate GE equipment efficiently in a hospital setting
- Maintain clear communication and interpersonal relations with patients and staff
- Start IVs and manage patient workflow independently
Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist- BLS certification
- NMTCB certified
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Nuclear Medicine
- Experience with EPIC, GE, McKesson PACS, and Nuc Trak systems
- Ability to work with the defined patient types and volumes
