Job Title

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 8-Hour Days

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies including cardiac imaging, SPECT, bone scans, bleed studies, and gastric emptying procedures
  • Operate GE imaging equipment within a single-scanner department
  • Work within a department averaging 5–10 scans/studies per day
  • Utilize RadNet and Merge Unity EMR/PACS systems for image acquisition and management
  • Participate in rotating weekday call coverage after 4:30 PM, rotating weekend call, and rotating on-call holiday coverage
  • Float to a nearby facility location as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Active California Nuclear Medicine Technology License (CA NMTL)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
  • Proficiency with GE nuclear medicine imaging equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with RadNet and/or Merge Unity PACS/EMR systems
  • Familiarity with a broad range of nuclear medicine studies including cardiac and SPECT imaging
