Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies including cardiac imaging, SPECT, bone scans, bleed studies, and gastric emptying procedures
- Operate GE imaging equipment within a single-scanner department
- Work within a department averaging 5–10 scans/studies per day
- Utilize RadNet and Merge Unity EMR/PACS systems for image acquisition and management
- Participate in rotating weekday call coverage after 4:30 PM, rotating weekend call, and rotating on-call holiday coverage
- Float to a nearby facility location as needed
Required Qualifications- Active California Nuclear Medicine Technology License (CA NMTL)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Proficiency with GE nuclear medicine imaging equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with RadNet and/or Merge Unity PACS/EMR systems
- Familiarity with a broad range of nuclear medicine studies including cardiac and SPECT imaging
