    Job Title

    PET Technologist – Nuclear Medicine

    Location

    Charleston, SC

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Varying start times between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM | Occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on unit needs | No on-call required | No holiday requirement

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform PET/CT scans in accordance with facility protocols and patient care standards
    • Operate and maintain Siemens PET/CT imaging equipment
    • Ensure proper radiation safety practices and compliance with applicable regulations
    • Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using Epic EMR
    • Participate in Saturday scanning sessions when required due to camera downtime or patient backlog
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of PET/CT technologist experience
    • Active BLS certification
    • NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certification required
    • NMTCB(CT), ARRT(R), or ARRT(CT) certification required
    • South Carolina SCRQSA state license in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography required
    • Radiation badge required — must be supplied by the staffing agency prior to assignment start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma center setting
    • Hands-on experience with Siemens PET/CT scanners
    • Familiarity with Epic charting system
