Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 5x8 Hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30) | On-Call Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including cardiac studies, HIDA scans, bone scans, thyroid scans, and other nuclear medicine examinations
- Operate imaging equipment including Siemens Symbia T6 SPECT/CT, Siemens ECAM systems, and GE Discovery 64-Slice PET/CT
- Perform PET/CT imaging studies in accordance with departmental protocols
- Document patient care and imaging findings using EPIC EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation, including every 5th weekend and approximately 4–6 evening call shifts per month
- Work assigned holidays as required per departmental scheduling
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1–2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technology experience
- Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- Active ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- Ohio Department of Health Nuclear Medicine license required
- IV training required
- BLS certification required
- PET/CT experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or high-acuity hospital environment
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR charting
- Experience with Siemens and GE nuclear medicine imaging platforms
