    PET/CT Technologist

    Contract | Days | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform PET/CT imaging procedures across a variety of settings, including outpatient centers, mobile coaches, and hospital-based facilities
    • Ensure patient safety through pre-screening for contraindications, aseptic injection technique, and adherence to radiation safety regulations and documentation requirements when working with radioactive materials
    • Produce high-quality diagnostic PET/CT images by interpreting physician orders and selecting appropriate software options and imaging parameters
    • Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the imaging process
    • Troubleshoot scanner, coach, and peripheral equipment including monitors, PACS, and associated systems
    • Train new technologists and support staff as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • 1–2 years of PET/CT experience
    • Valid Radiology/CT Technologist license in the state of New Hampshire
    • Nuclear Medicine certification through ARRT or NMTCB
    • Proficiency operating GE Discovery PET/CT equipment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in multiple imaging environments, including mobile and inpatient settings
    • Strong patient communication skills with the ability to put patients at ease during procedures
